Auttorama is a scale modeling platform owned and operated by Jorge Damico. We offer digital products, publications, memberships, and educational content related to scale modeling, military armor, and diorama building. Our website is auttorama.com.

3. Products and Digital Downloads

All digital products sold through Auttorama, including STL files, PDF guides, printables, and publications, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at contact@auttorama.com, and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Physical Products

For physical products such as printed posters or merchandise, please refer to the return and shipping policy of the platform through which the purchase was made (Etsy, print-on-demand partners, etc.).

5. Membership and Subscriptions

Memberships purchased through Patreon are governed by Patreon's own terms of service. Auttorama membership tiers (Petrol, Hybrid, Electric, Fusion) provide access to the benefits described on the Membership page at the time of purchase. Benefits may be updated over time; active members will be notified of any significant changes.

Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time through your Patreon account. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on auttorama.com, including text, photographs, diorama images, blog articles, videos, and downloadable files, is the intellectual property of Jorge Damico and Auttorama unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from this site without prior written permission.

STL files and printables purchased through Auttorama are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files.

By subscribing to the Auttorama email list, you agree to receive updates, product announcements, and content related to scale modeling and Auttorama. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.
